Description
Super- Expo is Monoaxially Oriented Polypropylene formulated film,engineered along with special additive blend for specific use in explosive industry. It distinguishes itself by strength coupled with economy and engineered properties to support tube forming and wrapping applications. It may be used in helical wrapping or in longitudinal wrap with equal ease and efficiency.

Usage
Wrapping requirement in :

• Detonating fuses
• Safety fuses

Advantages
No gaps in the wrapping due to more pliability and conformability resulting in a permanent clinging action to the contents and proper tube forming.
Very high impermeability to water, moisture and air due to its non-hygroscopic nature as compared to polyester or cellophane.
It has high pliability and conformability which gives good forming around the contents.
It has high tensile strength and low elongation as compared to BOPP in machine direction this allows higher machine speed and reduced machine down time by less snapping in film due to superior tear resistance in cross direction.
It has nill shrinkage in cross direction and therefore has better dimensional stability at higher temperatures.
Its properties do not deteriorate when in contact with the explosive material.
